The Hell Hog offers complexity and depth of tone and  harmonic content, all wrapped up in one of the most intuitive and user-friendly packages on the market.  This amp is cathode biased and powered by four EL84s.  It comes standard with a half power switch which allows the player to go from a fully-powered 36 Watts to a more tame 18 Watts, allowing that great tube overdrive at lower volumes.  This amp is also available in two different, but standard, tonal options.  The first is the "Hell Hog" which features a preamp section designed for higher gain; perfect for Rock and Heavy Blues.  The second option is known as the "Hell Hawg".  The Hawg has a slightly cleaner preamp section and is more suited to Country, and Pop.
